After I start SolidWorks and try to launch Rapid Design, I get an error to “Please start SOLIDWORKS first”
How do I resolve this? I currently have SW2018 SP5.0 installed.
I would recommend to start inCAD Components from the “Tools” menu directly in SOLIDWORKS.
If this does not work, please email the tech support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to troubleshoot.
Solid works was open and I did select the program from the “Tools”. That is the message I got. I have emailed the rapiddesign several time and have had no response.
Can you please try “Repair” for SolidWorks? There may be problem on SolidWorks.
